By tightening the small crank, the turntable and thus the vise are securely and accurately locked in the desired position. The particularly advantageous features arise from the design, as the Heuer turntable has a closed plate. This not only prevents dirt from entering but also grinding, drilling, and filing debris from getting into the guide system. The turntable, forged from steel, and the mounting plate fit together perfectly, ensuring precise guidance. The guide surfaces are of course machined and guarantee nearly frictionless operation.
