78 03 125 SB Electronic Super Cutters are precision pliers designed for ultra-fine cutting tasks, particularly in electronics and precision mechanics. They feature ground, very sharp cutting edges without bevels. The precisely shaped tips allow for cutting wires in direct contact with a surface from a diameter of 0.2 mm. The shear cutting system includes a controlled micro-edge offset for the most precise cutting of even the thinnest wires, ensuring a long lifespan. The joint is secured with a stainless steel rivet, allowing for extremely smooth movement and minimizing operator fatigue. The pliers are equipped with an opening spring and an opening limiter. The hardness of the cutting edge is approximately 54 HRC and is made of INOX tool steel. The product is available on a self-service card or in blister packaging.
