For a matte super-puffed effect: The dried paint layer can be "puffed up" in the oven (150 °C, top and bottom heat, about 3 minutes, depending on the thickness of the paint layer), with an iron (on the reverse side, on a soft surface, at cotton temperature, about 1 minute), or with a hairdryer (1800 W, about 7 minutes).
