The Novoflex B tube brush from Osborn is a self-centering honing tool specifically designed for finishing surfaces and edge breaking. With a bristle made of flexible silicon carbide balls, the brush adapts optimally to various surfaces, enabling a gentle grinding process. This brush is ideal for use on hand drills and stationary machines, producing uniformly finely ground surfaces with a high load-bearing capacity, even in irregular holes. The recommended speed is between 350 and 700 revolutions per minute, with a contact time of 20 to 40 seconds suggested. The total length of the brush is 200 mm, while the brush head has a length of 60 mm and a diameter of 10 mm. The use of grinding oil is recommended to achieve optimal results.
