These electro-permanent magnets hold in the activated state and release in the deactivated state. Typical applications include machine mechanisms, door and safety locks, as well as remote holding and release functions. Optimal performance is achieved when used with RS mounting plates (sold separately). The 12 V DC and 24 V DC versions feature a 2-pole connector according to protection class IP20. The 240 V AC versions have a connector according to DIN 43650 and protection class IP54.
