The Resi9 residual current circuit breaker from Schneider Electric offers a reliable solution for protection against electrical residual currents. With a rated current of 40A and a rated residual current of 30mA (type A), this device ensures safe use in various electrical installations. The circuit breaker is designed for an operating voltage of 230V AC and a frequency of 50 Hz. It fulfils the EN 61008 standard and offers a high short-circuit resistance of 10 kA, making it a robust choice for use in residential and commercial buildings. It is easy to mount on a top-hat rail, and the double connection option for cable and fork comb rail on the underside of the device ensures flexible installation. The residual current circuit-breaker is also equipped with a snap-action circuit that enables low-wear switching of the contacts, which extends the service life of the device.
