Panic passage function D is designed for outward opening single-leaf timber or steel doors. It has fire protection suitability according to DIN 18250 class 3 and DIN EN 179. The PZ features a 2-turn follower made of stainless steel fine cast, and the latch is made of steel with a malleable cast iron head, nickel plated. The bolt distance is 72 mm with a square of 9 mm, and the forend length is 235 mm, made of rounded stainless steel. The lock case is closed on all sides and cannot be combined with locks of other types. Additional technical features include a steel bolt, compliance with DIN 18250 and EN 179 standards, and a closed lock case.
