Your Yale Access account is protected by two-factor authentication, which verifies identity in addition to a password via an email address or phone number. Linus uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) encryption technology as well as AES 128-bit and TLS encryption, which are also used by banks to protect customer data.
