Charger has no Swiss plug, can't charge the batteries!!! I was lost at the remote site!!!

The same means that two different things are exactly alike, while the same means that they are identical. And the plug fits into any ominous Swiss socket, dear Help Centre!

We received the charger today. It actually has a 2-pin Schuko plug and not a Euro plug. And there is no fixed adapter included. In this version, the device cannot be operated at any CH socket. Unfortunately, this does not comply with the law.

Bullshit, bought the same charger, plug is two-pin, and fits in any ominous Swiss socket!
