My Ledlenser P7R is over 7 years old and stopped working a few days ago. Ledlenser customer service offered to try a new battery. Despite the expired warranty, they sent me a battery by A Mail for FREE. The torch works again. Ledlenser...what a service! <3 Marcus Dörflinger
