Mi dispiace che la scheda abbia due slot m.2 e non tre, ma entrambi sono compatibili con PCI-E 4.

Sì, puoi installare due SSD PCI-E 4 M2. La scheda dispone di 3 slot M.2 e due di essi sono compatibili con il PCI-E 4.
