Potresti collegare un adattatore jack Bluetooth all'iPod (ad esempio https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/ugreen-bluetooth-adapter-auf-35mm-jack-usb-20-35mm-mobilgeraet-adapter-15825442), ma per la fretta ho trovato solo quelli che devono essere alimentati via USB. Forse ne esistono anche con una batteria.
