Rockstar Games (spesso chiamata semplicemente Rockstar o abbreviata con R*) è una filiale di Take 2 Interactive, con il cui nome vengono distribuiti giochi per computer negli Stati Uniti e in altri paesi. L'azienda è l'editore e lo sviluppatore di Grand Theft Auto, Max Payne, Red Dead, Midnight Club, Bully, Manhunt, The Warriors e L.A. Noire.

Rockstar è stata fondata nel 1998 da Sam Houser, Terry Donovan, Dan Houser, Jamie King e Gary J. Foreman a New York. Tutti e cinque i membri fondatori avevano già lavorato insieme in BMG Interactive e Take 2.
