The popular role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons turns 50 this year - and to mark the occasion, Lego wants to launch a large game set. When assembled, the scenery measures 48 x 37 x 30 (height x width x depth) centimetres. It comes with six play figures: four adventurers, an innkeeper and a dragonborn. You can also assemble monsters: a beholder, an owl bear and a deceptive beast. With the exception of the dragonborn Alax Jade Scale, each figure also has an interchangeable head. The red dragon Cinderhowl can then be built around the tower.
Lego also offers you the chance to purchase an adventure book, which was created in collaboration with the game publisher Wizards of The Coast. This is also the developer of the game Dungeons & Dragons. However, it is only available to Lego Insider members. In keeping with the pen-and-paper philosophy, the box comes with a total of four building instructions for the individual features, so you can also build the set together with friends.
