Widescreen for Mac Mini M4 Base model...

Hello, I am looking for a compatible widescreen like this one https://www.digitec.ch/de... Basically it should replace two screens. Now my question I often read that there are problems with widescreen, but is there any one that does not cost over 1100.- CHF and can easily run the 240hz or 120hz with the Base Mac Mini M4? It doesn't have to be 4K, 1440 is enough. What would be better to connect, direct HDMI or DP? I would be very grateful for your opinion.

    Kuycon screens

I have now seen many videos about Kuycon screens. After Apple Studio screens, this seems to be a good manufacturer of 5k screens with an aluminium housing. I would be very happy if you could add this screen to your range, I think it would be a big seller.

    49 inch 1800r or 45 inch 800r

I am not sure which monitor I should buy the LG UltraGear 45GX950A-B or MSI MPG 491CQPXDE QD-OLED. I know that there are small differences between WOLED and DQ-OLED. But what worries me is the curvature of the LG 45 inch. Whether 800r is too curved and makes me sick. The 49 inch has 1800r which is the same as my current Alienware 38 inch. Does anyone have experience with the strong curvature?

Specifications:of the ASUS ROG Strix XG27AQMR

Perhaps someone knows more about this, as it is not entirely clear on the manufacturer's website. According to various test reports and also if you look at one of the pictures, the monitor must have the following connections: 1x DisplayPort 1.4 (300Hz@2560x1440), 2x HDMI 2.0 (144Hz@2560x1440), 1x USB-B 3.0 (upstream, 5Gb/s), 2x USB-A 3.0 (downstream, 5Gb/s), 1x 3.5mm jack line-out, 1x DC-In hollow socket (mains connection). I think for this price it should also have the USB B, because how should it communicate with the Display Widget Centre software from Asus? Thanks for the answer. here is the link to the specifications as I found them. https://geizhals.de/asus-rog-s...

Hello, I'm looking for a screen similar to the XG27ACDNG: - 2K - OLED (QD-OLED) HDR - GSync (the best would be to have GSync Hardware) Is this too much to ask?

Monitor, green pixel in the centre of the lower frame.

I have ordered an LG Nano IPS gaming monitor. Of course I unpacked it and plugged it in, but after a short time I noticed a green glowing pixel error. I sent a service request (on a Sunday of course) and it will be dispatched the next working day. My question is how is this handled? The pixel error is very annoying for me and I have had no contact with galaxus so far. I realise that a pixel may not be a warranty case. I'm already worried that I might be stuck with a "broken" monitor. On the other hand, I can't do anything with the monitor in this condition. I also see that this monitor is currently no longer in stock (only used and that's not an option) so it looks bad for a replacement ....

Mac mini M4 as a replacement for iMac 24" - Which monitors are optimal?

Hello everyone, I'm planning to replace my iMac 24" with a Mac mini M4 because the screen is too small for me. Now I'm looking for the ideal monitor solution and I'm totally undecided. My main area of work is document processing with DATEV Unternehmen Online, but I also regularly work with GIS applications and other web tools where I have to enter a lot of data. A large, sharp and ergonomic screen is therefore very important to me. I'm debating between the following options: - Two 27-inch monitors with 5K or 4K - A single 32-inch monitor with 4K or 6K - Two 32-inch monitors with 4K or 6K I would also like a solution that is as clean as possible, Apple-like, with a good desk mount. The lack of a webcam and speakers on the Mac mini is also a problem for me - both should ideally be solved directly with the monitor solution. The Apple Studio Display is too expensive for me, so I'm looking for alternatives that offer a good picture, sharp text rendering and good ergonomics. Does anyone have a similar configuration or a recommendation? Thanks for your tips!

    Search for a gaming monitor

Hi, I'm looking for a 27" curved monitor, preferably QHD/WQHD Gsync, if possible (or is it useless?) I've just got a new PC and my current screen doesn't keep up. There are so many choices and so many different standards that I don't know which one to choose. Do I have better time to wait a little longer than CES for new products? Thank you very much for your help

BenQ PD2725U monitor (recently purchased - New)

1- Have you tried this monitor with a PC with BIOS power-on password? Screen stays black and have to use an Eizo monitor to help! 2- And have you tried connecting it to two PCs or 1 PC and 1 laptop with only one mouse and keyboard? 3- Does the monitor have a reset all function in the OSD menu to reset the settings to the original? I am having problems with this and with BenQ support I have not been able to get anywhere with points 1 and 3. I don't have these problems with monitors from EIZO and Acer. Therefore point 2 has not yet been discussed with support. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Recommendations for 49" (min. 5120x1440) with a good KVM switch

Dear Community, Can anyone recommend a 49" monitor with a good KVM switch based on personal experience? The resolution should be at least 5120x1440. The monitor will primarily be used for working, occasionally watching series or gaming, but this is not a priority. Many thanks in advance.

I need new monitors - but I don't know which ones...

Hello together I need two new 32" models to replace my old 34" model. Intended use is home office and gaming - so an all-rounder. However, I'm not the hardcore gamer who plays shooters without end and needs frames without end. Cyberpunk yes, but never online shooters. I prefer things like World of Warships, CK3, Civ, Valheim etc. I would like Daisy Chain, as well as 4K. The whole thing is powered by a business notebook and a Geforce RTX 2070 Super. I don't think it should be curved - and good anti-glare is also important, as I have a lot of light in the office. Do you have any good tips or experience? There are so many monitors... spoilt for choice.

    eye-friendly monitor for image processing

hello everyone. i have a mac book at home and a current surface pro at work. i have been getting headaches, migraines, eye flickering and vision problems when working on a screen for a long time. i am now looking for a monitor that is easy on the eyes and is well suited for image/video editing. an apple product would be conceivable. so far, however, no one has been able to tell me whether apple displays are easy on the eyes, especially when a windows device is attached to the display, as the functionalities are only usable to a limited extent under windows. as my health restrictions are not insignificant and it is a matter of health, the budget is of secondary importance. thank you for product recommendations and/or advice. greetings ms
