The screen is well-suited for use in conference and meeting rooms, as well as for the ambitious home cinema user. Available in four current formats up to 300 cm in width, the series offers a wide selection for all current projections. The simple, clear design of the housing, in harmony with the closed appearance when retracted, makes the screen an eye-catcher from any angle. The proven projection fabric of the Pro series and the new soft-return mechanism based on gears perfectly complete the series. The three-layer projection fabric, with a gain factor of 1.2 and its stabilizing fabric layer in the middle, a black backing, and a matte white front coating, delivers excellent projection results under most ambient conditions. The integrated soft-return mechanism makes raising the screen easier than ever. Simply pull the screen down about 5 cm and let go; it will retract on its own. Celexon has implemented this gear-based mechanism, which has a significantly longer lifespan and consistent retraction force compared to traditional oil-based systems. The screen features black masking, ensuring optimal image framing and increased contrast for your projection. The black rear side prevents light from entering or exiting, allowing the screen to be used effortlessly in front of a window. The screen can be locked at approximately every 10 cm, enabling not only the 1:1 format but also other formats such as 4:3, 16:9, 16:10, or 21:9. The delivery includes the screen (including mounting caps for wall or ceiling installation) as well as an assembly and operating manual. Wall spacers are available as an option.

Gain factor

The light amplification factor, or gain factor, is an important factor when selecting a screen. Factor tells you something about the reflective properties. An ordinary white sheet of paper has a gain factor of about 1.0. It scatters the incident light homogeneously and diffusely in all directions. Thus it appears practically always equally bright, no matter from which angle you look at it.

Picture walls with a gain above 1.0 try to reflect a certain amount of light more specifically towards the audience, which usually sits axially in front of the picture. Developers achieve this through special surfaces and coatings. They take, so to speak, a small step towards the properties of a mirror. A gain of 2.0 describes a screen that - measured on axis - reflects twice as much light as a perfectly diffuse surface with 1.0. This is why we speak of amplification.
