Here's what our product experts tell us:
The devices work with all providers in Switzerland. You can see which bands are supported on the data sheet. However, it is best to clarify with Swisscom which bands it supports in order to obtain the maximum bandwidth.
The bandwidth can vary depending on the transmitting antenna. TS-9 connections are exclusively intended for 5G/LTE antennas.

Exactly, I had to do the same and have measurably increased the reception. The problem for me is the building and the location of the Predator Connect. I used a TS9 to SMA connector, a window feed-through and an external antenna.

As far as I have read, the problem with the antenna is also a software bug that has not yet been fixed (https://community.acer.com/en...). The manual reboot is apparently not a software problem but a hardware problem that cannot be solved. I am very disappointed with this router. I bought it with a package from Digital Republic. So the whole offer is just useless.
The router needs antennas with the TS-9 connection. There is such an antenna available from Digitec, which could also be attached to a window with a suction cup, for example. Maybe that would already help for good reception? In general, it is very advantageous to have 4G or 5G routers very close to a window. You can still get quite a bit of reception power out of it.

Yes that works, I use the router exactly like that.
The product can only be used as a 5G/WLAN router to achieve high-speed Internet access via 5G mobile radio. The product cannot be used as a bridge/repeater.

Unfortunately, we do not have any empirical values. However, we can recommend that you open a discussion on this topic, as experience has shown that more customers respond there.
Unfortunately, we do not have a suitable indoor or outdoor antenna for this router in our range.
