Mine came with version 2409. I installed a Ryzen 7 3800x without any problems.
No, this board has a 4pin header (Asus Aura RGB strip header).

On the American manufacturer's page, 2x M.2 slots are actually shown. If you look more closely at the picture or the designation on the mainboard, it is a TUF B450M-PRO GAMING.
