Maxtor M3 Portable
4 TB
According to my information, even up to 2TB hard drives can be used on Windows XP (SP1) with NTFS.
Hi Well, conditionally. External hard drives are not really intended for continuous operation. So I can't tell you how long the hard drive will last if it runs for 24 hours.
Good day! From my point of view, this should work, cf. https://praxistipps.chip.de/xbox-one-externe-festplatte-anschliessen_38683. Best regards
The cable is supplied with it.
This hard drive does not require a power supply unit, only a USB cable, which is available from specialist dealers.
According to my information, either a Seagate ST4000LM016 or ST4000LM024 is installed here. Depending on what was available at the time of production.
Does the Maxtor M3 Portable also work with the macOS High Sierra operating system (version 10.13.2)?
Yes. However, the hard disk must be reformatted.
Yes, that's right.
Jes it is .
doch das ding ist win 10 tauglich sieh dir mal das datenblatt an https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/6/0/1/7/4/1/6/DS1879_1_1512US_M3Portable.pdf
Hi. USB cable is included - it also says so in the scope of delivery ☺
Thank you very much for pointing this out! I will have this checked immediately. However, as Brimstone said, the customer service department would be a better place to ask this question.
Hello. Here are some simple instructions: https://www.maceinsteiger.de/how-to/festplatte-formatieren-partitionieren/
The product is okey and recommendable. I only need the external hard drive for normal data backup. Since I'm not a gamer, I can't comment on Gonçalo's question. romanoff
I'm not sure what it looks like with the PS4, but I've attached the good thing to my LG TV as an external hard drive to store films on. Works perfectly.
I bought the 4 TB version. The HD has a driver on it that allows writing and reading on Mac OS. Maxtor is better than Seagate in this respect. At the same time I had bought a 4TB from Seagate, which didn't have the driver. But it worked because I had installed the Maxtor driver shortly before.
It is 1 plate. The case is approx. 19mm high.
Yes, of course. The USB 3.0 port of the hard disk is of course compatible with Windows 10.
