The Transcend MTE352T M.2 SSD features a single-sided design and utilizes the PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 3 x2 interface, making it compatible with the NVM Express (NVMe) 1.3 specifications to achieve exceptionally high transfer speeds. The MTE352T incorporates advanced 3D NAND technology, allowing for 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips to be stacked vertically. This results in significantly higher storage efficiency compared to 3D NAND with 64 layers. With 30µ gold contacts and Corner Bond technology, along with comprehensive in-house testing, the MTE352T guarantees high reliability. The SSD has a durability of 3K write/erase cycles and can operate within an extended temperature range of -20℃ to 75℃, depending on the model, making it suitable for mission-critical applications.
