Every day you postpone the availability of the product... I ordered on 27 January. Why do you announce every day a delivery forecast that your supplier can't meet and make customers who have already paid believe that it will happen? I ordered two of them, I was supposed to receive them between 7 and 9 February. Now they tell me every day "in 10-12 days"... not very professional. When is it coming?

We understand your dissatisfaction, this is perfectly normal and we sincerely apologise for the circumstances incurred. It is not in our interest to disappoint our customers with delayed deliveries.
Indeed, the delivery time is supposed to inform you, as accurately as possible, of the time you should expect to wait before receiving the item, once it has been ordered.
However, please note that this time is based on information provided to us by our supplier. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for suppliers or manufacturers themselves to be unable to meet their deadlines and therefore delay the delivery of your item. This is why our website states that we can never guarantee a delivery time.
The delivery time has been updated and you can check it on your order via your customer account.
