Briefly: 
1. start partition manager (just search for it under Windows - Start)
2. reduce the size of the second partition (usually D:) or delete it, depending on whether you want to have two more afterwards or not.
3. enlarge C:, max. possible MB should be filled automatically

Important: You can only enlarge what has been reduced elsewhere.
