Question about EX-16415 - 424885

Hello, Am I correct in assuming that this card is powered by the white floppy connector? (There are corresponding power adapters from floppy to SATA for this). And what is the 1 x 10 pin for internal front panel HUBS needed for? Best regards and thanks, Max
