You have to do a BIOS update to use the last 5000 CPUs. but it is very easy to do.
I also ordered the MB today. I hope it arrives tomorrow, all the other parts are already there! About the question: Yes, there is a bios update for the Ryzen 5000 series on the Asus homepage. The latest bios update is from 09-02-2021. You can find instructions everywhere on the net ;).
