Frying pan 'Relief Evolution' made of multi-layer stainless steel: interior stainless steel 18/8 - 18/10, continuous aluminum core, exterior magnetic stainless steel, total material thickness approx. 2.5 mm, exterior high-gloss polished, interior satin-finished with honeycomb base: ELODUR® Professional etching, the raised stainless steel structure perfectly protects the non-stick coating and is scratch-resistant, free from PFAS, suitable for all types of stoves, with oil dosing system (Oil Optimizer) guarantees reduced oil usage, even heat distribution from the bottom to the edge, oven-safe up to 240 °C (with glass lid 180 °C). Volume 1.6 l. Ø 24 cm, H 5 cm.
