Frying pan 'Relief Evolution' made of stainless steel multi-layer: inside stainless steel 18/8 - 18/10, continuous aluminum core, outside magnetic stainless steel, total material thickness approx. 2.5 mm, high-gloss polished outside, satin-finished inside with honeycomb bottom: ELODUR® Professional etching, the raised stainless steel structure perfectly protects the non-stick coating and is scratch-resistant, free from PFAS, suitable for all types of cooktops, with oil dosing system (Oil Optimizer) guarantees reduced use of oils, even heat distribution from the bottom to the edge, oven-safe up to 240 °C (with glass lid 180 °C). 2.3 l, Ø 28 cm, H 5.5 cm.
