Intelligent and Safe Charging Control

With numerous features, our 5-stage charger BC 6-12V / 1 A ensures safe and gentle charging of lead batteries with a capacity of 4 - 30 Ah. It guarantees optimal performance and a long lifespan for the batteries.

The charger is dust and splash-proof (IP65) and includes the following electrical safety features: reverse polarity protection, overcharge protection, deep discharge protection, and short circuit protection.

Additionally, our intelligent charger is suitable for standby/parallel operation and can remain continuously connected to the battery. It keeps the battery fully charged, even when the battery is simultaneously under load or being discharged.

After connecting the battery, the charger automatically detects the battery voltage (6V or 12V). The LED display blinks green during the charging process and remains solid green when the battery is fully charged.

Fully Automatic, Intelligent 5-Stage Charging

1. Battery Check: After selecting the charging mode, the charger checks the status of the battery.
2. Desulfation: By pulsing current and voltage, sulfate is removed from the battery's lead plates to restore maximum battery capacity.
3. Bulk Charge: Constant current charging at the maximum charging current.
4. Voltage Check: Battery charge level check.
5. Maintenance Charge: If necessary, a pulse maintenance charge occurs to prevent battery discharge.
