Fluorescent with reflective tape, this two-toned product features a dirt-repellent surface treatment. It has triple-stitched seams at the leg and crotch, a low waist, and a form-cut waistband. The trouser leg is ergonomically formed. It includes adjustable CORDURA® fabric holster pockets with an extra pocket for tools, belt loops, a zip fly, a D-ring, and a tool strap at the waist. There are front pockets and back pockets with reinforcement, flaps, and hidden press studs. An adjustable hammer loop and a reinforced thigh pocket with additional pockets are also included; this includes an inner phone pocket and an external phone pocket with a flap and magnetic closure. The ruler pocket has a CORDURA® reinforced opening, and the adjustable kneepad pockets are made of durable CORDURA® (500 D) with a flap and top access. Vertical reflexes on the sides of the legs enhance safety. Each standard leg length can be lengthened by 3 cm by releasing the internal red stitching. Recommended kneepads for this model are 00418-100, 00718-100, 50451-916, and 20118-915. It is co-certified with kneepad types SHORT or LONG in accordance with EN 14404.

Raw materials and processing: The product is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified by the Shirley Institute, certificate number 5548. All fabric and accessories are sourced directly from suppliers. The fabric is dyed by a supplier who is EN ISO 14001-certified.

Manufacturing: The product is sewn at MASCOT’s own factory in Laos, which is SA8000-certified, ensuring good and safe employee working conditions.

Transport and packaging: The product is transported from production to warehouse by ISO 14001-certified transport partners, utilizing shipments that maximize space. Product packaging is made from waste from plastic production, and orders from MASCOT are packaged in materials that are made from or contain recycled materials.
