The Novoflex B tube brush from Osborn is a versatile honing tool specifically designed for processing holes with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 50 mm. It is equipped with a silicon carbide bristle, making it particularly robust and durable. The flexible construction of the brush allows the abrasive balls to adapt optimally to the respective surface, ensuring a smooth grinding process. This brush is excellent for edge breaking and finishing surfaces, even in irregular holes. It produces a uniformly finely ground surface with a high bearing ratio, known as a plateau finish. With a maximum speed of 700 RPM, it is ideal for various materials such as steel, aluminum, gray cast iron, and stainless steel.
