The Novoflex B tube brush from Osborn is a self-centering honing tool specifically designed for finishing surfaces and edge breaking. With a bristle made of flexible silicon carbide balls, the brush adapts optimally to various surfaces, including irregular holes. This brush is ideal for applications where a uniformly finely ground surface with a high carrying ratio, also known as plateau finish, is required. The total length of the brush is 200 mm, with the brush attachment measuring 60 mm in length and 11 mm in diameter. The use of grinding oil is recommended to extend the tool's lifespan and achieve optimal results. The tube brush can be used on both hand drills and stationary machines, with a recommended speed of 350 to 700 RPM.
