The Summer Hit is a very special beech grill charcoal. It is coarse and contains no hard-to-ignite small particles or dust. This, along with its high carbon content, ensures that it ignites quickly and glows rapidly. As a result, the food can be placed on the grill after a relatively short time. Beech grill charcoal is particularly suitable for smaller amounts with a short grilling time. However, for long and extensive grilling sessions and/or larger portions, the use of GRiLLiS is recommended.
