Can I also use the dimmer without bypass 2 with dimmable LED lamps? Does it just flicker a bit, or is that not possible at all?

Flickers just like with the old conventional dimmer (2-wire wiring). Sometimes more, sometimes less. I am now thinking of installing the bypass.
