Now available for pre-order: "Moto GP 24 Day One Edition" for PS5 or Xbox
More excitement and variety in the season and career mode: according to the developers, this is what the new features of "MotoGP 24" promise.
With "MotoGP 24", Milestone is launching the latest instalment of its "MotoGP" series. The regular season is already in full swing. In the game, you can race for the motorbike world championship yourself. It will be released on 2 May. You can pre-order the "Moto GP 24 Day One Edition" for Playstation 5 and Xbox (One and Series X) in our shop now.
All drivers, all teams and all tracks for the 2024 season: The game contains a huge licence package. And not just for the premier class, the "MotoGP", but also for the "Moto2" and "Moto3" as well as the electric "FIM Enel MotoE World Championship".
More dynamics in career mode
A major innovation, according to Milestone, is the new rider market, which should make the game and racing even more exciting. The feature is primarily used in season and career mode and brings additional variety to the game. Each season starts with a different squad. As a player, you are therefore not only fighting for the championship, but also for your place in the team: either to keep it or to switch to another team. A fictitious social network in the game, in which posts and likes fuel the rumour mill, should have an influence on possible offers.
The stewards are also new. They monitor the races at the Grand Prix on the trackside. According to Milestone, AI drivers and players alike will be monitored and penalised for offences on the track. Particularly boorish behaviour will have an impact on rivalries and relationships with other drivers.
Adaptive difficulty level for balanced gameplay
An adaptive difficulty level is intended to ensure more balanced gameplay. The game's difficulty level should adapt to your own performance and skills. According to Milestone, the tyre management has also been revised to realistically reflect the performance of all tyre compounds on different tracks. The AI of the opposing drivers and the driving physics are also said to have been improved.
LiveGP championships in multiplayer
Crossplay is possible between PlayStation and Xbox consoles, according to Milestone, but not with the PC and Nintendo Switch versions of the game. The LiveGP championships are a new feature in multiplayer mode. These are seasons that consist of a certain number of races. The aim is to collect as many points as possible in the races.
In addition to the game, the Day One Edition includes the DLC "Nolan Helmet Liveries" and the DLC "Test Suits" as a download code in the box.
