how do i get the 3-pin cable that connects this hub to the control unit (sold separately)?

Is the cable needed to connect the hub to a Commander Pro or Node Pro or is it included in the Node / Commander ?

Hello I have a water cooling system from Corsair (the H115 if I'm not mistaken) then I have the standard fans from the Corsair housing 570x Mirror and wanted to ask if I can connect these with this device and then control them with iCue. (The case also has LED's, can I control them as well? I already tried everything with the LED Commander thing but it didn't work and now I just wanted to ask if it works like that).

Hello all. I have a somewhat stupid question: I plugged my fans into this hub, everything fit and it clicked as it should. But now I can't pull the fan cables out of the RGB hub, even though I push down on the little latch and pull. Am I doing something wrong?

I have had a PC with this case for some time now, but only occasionally did the RGB on the fans work correctly, sometimes it was perfect and they all lit up as they should, and now it's back to only one of the 4 fans lighting up blue.I have connected all four fans to the LIGHTING NODE CORE and still it doesn't work anymore, does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem or do I have to get a new Node Core? Good day I have a Corsair 570x Crystal enclosure. This has two male Sata 15 pin connectors. Once from the above mentioned product. Now I don't know how and where to connect this Sata 15 pin connector.

Hello Community, I noticed that there are many different RGB Fan HUB (Controller), like from Corsair, NZXT, Akasa, Thermaltake or Arctic.... Now my question: Are the RGB cables all the same?
