Phanteks 4-Pin RGB LED Adapter Cable
RGB
I'm sorry, but I don't want to eat in the canteen every day...
Is it a standard 3Pin RGB or a Phanteks 3Pin RGB? If the latter, I would use this controller: (I connected it to my Phanteks Halos): Phanteks Digital-RGB Starter Kit incl. Controller (RGB, 30, 400mm)
That was a price error. This has since been adjusted again.
Yes, this works for me with compatible LED strips from Phanteks. Caution, not all RGB products from different suppliers are compatible.
Beep? I have never heard LEDs beep. That's very strange. Have you connected them properly? Maybe the LEDs are getting too much current and that's why they are beeping. Try switching them to white, if they turn yellow after a short time then at least one LED is dead and that could have caused the problem.
No, this is only an adapter from the Phanteks RGB connector (2 connections) to the motherboard RGB connector (1 connection). The fan is not yet supplied with power. Only the RGB lighting (if you have an RGB fan).
The Phanteks RGB LED strip had one plug and one socket with square pins. My Asus board has two 4-pin connectors with round pins for the LEDs (ASUS AURA). That's why the adapter cable is needed, because the square sockets don't hold on the round pins on the board. The two Phanteks RGB LED strips (400mm) could also be hooked together and operated with only one connector on the board. I don't know how many RGB strips can be connected to each other, or how much current the board can supply to the connection. However, you have to check yourself which connector/technology you have on your board or on your favourite LED strip.
