These electro-permanent magnets hold in the activated state and release in the deactivated state. Typical applications include machine mechanisms, door and locking mechanisms, as well as keeping and releasing. Optimal performance is achieved in conjunction with RS mounting plates (sold separately). The 12 V DC and 24 V DC versions feature a 2-pole connection according to protection class IP20, while the 240 V AC versions have a connection according to protection class IP54.
