La tua responsabilità

• Organizational Setup: You will build and lead an organization of more than 50 employees across plant engineering and IT infrastructure. You place occupational safety and employee well-being at the highest priority, acting as a role model and coach for your teams.
• Organizational Development: You continuously adapt the organization to evolving challenges, establish a management system together with your team, and ensure training, development, and team-building initiatives.
• System Availability: You are responsible for the availability of warehouse and picking systems. This is ensured through effective incident management, corrective and preventive maintenance, and regular inspections. You work closely with the on-site technicians of the system supplier, forming an integrated team to ensure optimal system performance.
• Spare Parts Management: You ensure the availability of spare parts while actively managing risks and costs.
• Supplier Management: You manage relationships with system suppliers and their service organizations, and continuously optimize the supplier portfolio with a long-term perspective.

Le tue competenze

• Education and Experience: You hold a relevant degree (e.g. engineering, automation, electrical engineering) and have experience in a comparable role within automation or mechanical/plant engineering, with exposure to a wide range of technologies.
• Values-Driven Mindset: You identify with our values—collaborative, innovative, piratic, accountable, and ambitious—and actively live them in your day-to-day work.
• You bring experience from large service or engineering organizations and are able to apply this expertise in a value-adding way, both internally and externally.
• You have a strong foundational understanding of and interest in maintenance engineering and are familiar with preventive and autonomous maintenance concepts.
• Project Management: You have proven experience leading technical projects and work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, along with good English proficiency; knowledge of French is a strong advantage.
