Yes, I have only connected the HDMI cable via the HDMI ARC connection of my TV and JBL Soundbar and the sound runs perfectly.
Maybe a stupid question but does the socket have 230V? I've had the system for a few years and everything works fine. I don't even know if it has a microfuse.
Do you have other disturbing devices in the vicinity? with me slles top greetings marcel
Bought these from 2tage haha
Unfortunately, we currently have no information on when the item will be available and when we will be able to deliver it. As soon as something changes in this regard, we will post it here.
Yep, everything works, I have my XBOX on it. I assume you mean streaming from your mobile phone, which works quite well via Bluetooth.
That's a good question. I bought it here at digitec in June 2019 for 599.-. So either it's a mistake, or.... We are not implying anything :)
Good question.
Are you bringing a 5.1 to the speakers from another source? If so, I would look at the DVD/player. Otherwise, you could try the optical cable that came with the speakers.
Ja, via Bluetooth.
On the contrary... I paid 619,- for it in August `19, so the price has definitely gone down....
Yes, that is possible. But what is the point?
The 114.8 are dimensioned with the satellites on them
This is certainly possible but certainly not too comfortable. The idea is to have these two speakers around the house as a mobile sound source. But to answer your question. Yes, the speakers go into standby mode when they are switched off and reconnect automatically.
I assume that ARC means the property of an HDMI plug and the device (TV) equipped with it. HDMI cables fulfil this property as far as I know. An HDMI cable is included and also other connection cables (analogue AUX and optical cable) as described in the technical data sheet. The JBL Bar has fully met my expectations and I am very satisfied with the excellent product.
To be honest I bought hte JBL bar because of the "satellite" feature that I thought was cool. However, I returned the product (and I do not return products that often) because I was really disappointed by the quality of the sound. The bad spectrum spread could probably come from the room accoustics, but for my taste there was too loud basses and too loud highs...but no middle frequencies at all which is very annoying (dialogs, everything sounds mushy). The subwoofer has the speaker turned downwards...so I guess it depends on the floor you have, but the bass was reflecting too strong (oversaturated) and was not a clean deep bass. From a sound point of view I would say that the JBL Flip 4 (portable bluetooth speakers( sound BETTER than this JBL Bar 5.1! Which is a shame! The LED display feels a little bit "old school" and quite limited For a positive note, I think the removable surround speakers are great, they get charged when attached to the main bar and you can just remove them when you are watching a movie. I wanted a "no cable' 5.1 surround system....but I put back a my cheap Sony 5.1 system back until I find a better wireless solution. The Samsung looks more sleek and more classical. The subwoofer as well. I cannot judge the sound quality as I do not own one. This product did not exist when I bought the JBL. I will have a look at it. Hope this helped
Hello Panasonic77 I have been using the soundbar since March 2018. Last month, the surround speakers were easily enough for the first three Pirates of the Caribbean films (incl. intermission approx. 8 hours). I use the soundbar for about 3-5 hours a week. Kind regards
Hello, Yes they are there
In my opinion, two would be too many, one is quite enough. The bass is very strong. Or have you already bought and tested it?
Try to perform a hard reset... as described in the instructions at point 10. 4. This resets the Soundbar to the factory settings (all settings are lost). Simply hold down all 4 buttons on the Soundbar until Reset is displayed. I have not had any problems with the Soundbar so far, but it is certainly worth a try.
Hi Hedowa63 No, the satellites can also be charged via the microUSB port on the bottom.
I have never experienced this problem with my soundbar. It has been in use since last March and I have never had a problem!
