Product details
Sap Green Permanent is a rich, medium green with a yellow undertone. Originally, Sap Green was a lake pigment made from unripe sea buckthorn berries.
Our Professional Watercolour continues to be formulated according to our founding principles: to create unparalleled colors that provide artists with the broadest and most balanced selection of pigments, just as William Winsor and Henry Newton introduced the world’s first moist watercolors in 1835.
Our range uses only the finest pigments, which is why they are known for their brilliance, permanence, and color intensity. With 79 single colors, we offer the largest selection of modern and traditional pigments.
Formulated using the highest quality methods to achieve optimal pigment distribution, our unmatched transparency ensures that every wash remains vibrant and luminous.
104 out of 108 colors in the Professional Watercolour range are rated AA or A for permanence, ensuring that the colors used today will look the same for generations to come.
Many artists appreciate granulation to create texture on paper. Explore some of our beautiful granulating colors to shape your palette and learn more about minimizing and maximizing this effect.
Our Professional Watercolour range offers more than 30 granulating single colors that are lightfast and permanent. Try some of these colors; tint and mix them to create extraordinary supergranulating colors.
